At Holy Smokers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return items and request a refund.

2. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

3. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, please ensure:

  • Sauces are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is provided.

  • The return request is made within the applicable timeframe.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used sauces.

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable).

  • Event bookings once services have been delivered (cancellations may be subject to separate terms).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the item(s) and the standard delivery cost (if applicable).

  • Upgraded shipping fees (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you cancel your order under your legal rights (Section 2), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.
